What To Expect
The People Content team is seeking a Graphic Designer to join us, based in Austin, Texas. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. Supporting the business, this person will have a problem-solving mindset, a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deliver HR content for a variety of sources and channels

Implement people content plans quickly

Review content to ensure it is of high quality (i.e., design, animation, grammar, brand, etc.)

Identify and drive opportunities to enhance visuals/processes in programs, events, and initiatives

Model a collaborative, creative, fun, results-driven culture

What You'll Bring

Strong understanding of graphic design, typography & branding principles

Ability to generate compelling ideas, problem solve, and achieve goals using design tools/software

Skilled in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

Positive attitude with a bias for action/solutions, working well with others (including executives), and who thrives in a fast-paced environment

2-5 years' experience in visual design, motion graphics, illustration, and photography

A portfolio demonstrating your visual design, motion graphics, illustration, and photography talent
