We have a full-year family worker position available for a human services professional who can build positive and strength based partnerships with families.
This position is 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year.
Hourly rate: $20.24-$23.35/hr based on education and experience.

Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The candidate will have a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services or related field; Prior experience in case work, community organizations, and working with small groups; Ability to be flexible with time; credits and/or experience with infants and toddlers and their families preferred.
Must carry adequate automobile insurance and provide proof of insurance. Bi-lingual skills a plus.

- Coaching families in the process of identifying and meeting family development goals
- Home visits
- Parent support and education
- Recruitment and outreach
