We’re looking for a creative, fearless, trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead all things digital for BK Behavior, an ABA therapy company helping children with autism. This role is perfect for someone who’s part strategist, part content creator, and full-time storyteller.

What We’re Looking For

• A true content creator — someone who lives in the world of TikTok, Instagram, and trends.
• Creative video storyteller who can create short-form, viral, and educational content.
• No fear of being out there — comfortable posting, engaging, and networking across Facebook groups, fan pages, and LinkedIn.
• AI video creation experience is a big plus.
• Tech-savvy and witty — knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping posts.
• In-culture and up-to-date on trending sounds, formats, and social media moments.
• Able to run fun brand campaigns and brand ambassador programs.
• Comfortable managing LinkedIn recruiter and outreach platforms to boost awareness and recruitment.
• Passionate about using social media to educate, inspire, and attract people to meaningful work helping kids with autism.
