Your role in our mission
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-impact and complex initiatives.
- Mentor and guide instructional designers, promoting collaboration and professional growth across the learning team.
- Drive innovation through modern learning tools, video creation, and eLearning module development to enhance engagement.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to deliver scalable and results-driven learning experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, alignment with business goals, and timely completion.
- 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles.
- Expertise in advanced instructional design and eLearning software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise).
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards.
- Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale or complex training initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills with a focus on innovation and quality.
- Full-time, remote, salaried (W-2) position with a standard Monday-Friday, 40-hour workweek.
