The Retail Trainee will be part of a team dedicated to growing the Authentics retail business and Mobile Retail Vehicle business, as well as implementing new marketing and promotions to the overall retail business. This Trainee will join a department that strives to provide a memorable shopping experience for fans visiting Truist Park by providing outstanding customer service and a superior selection of Braves merchandise.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist with daily Authentics business needs and join a team dedicated to grow the business and exceed sales goals
- Manage Authentics email requests, inventory, process orders and ship orders
- Assist with game day responsibilities, including restocking Authentics store and working games as needed
- Assist with planning mobile retail vehicle events and scheduling throughout the Atlanta and surrounding areas
- Oversee the execution of mobile retail vehicle events, including driving vehicle, scheduling and managing staff and communicating with event contacts
- Assist with brainstorming, planning and executing of in-store promotions, events and Pop-Up Shops
- Assist Retail Marketing team with daily product photos and monthly photoshoots
- Create all retail promotional graphic designs
- Create daily store signage needs for all retail locations
- Assist Distribution Staff at on-site and offsite warehouse when needed
- Assist Operations Team in as needed with part-time staffing hiring and game days
- All other duties as assigned
- College graduate, Bachelor's or Master's, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent executive presence
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete a background check
- Experience in retail sales, online sales, and/or sports marketing
- Ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Able to lift up to 45lbs
- Able to work long hours, overtime, weekends and occasional holidays
- Must complete a successful background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving a box truck.
- Bachelor’s degree in retail marketing, sports marketing/management preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency
