Job Skills / Requirements

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed Level III Security Officers to join our team in Waco, Texas. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

As a TriCorps officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to client properties, protecting personnel and assets, and maintaining a visible and professional security presence. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to any situation.

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and protect personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and authorizing entry.
• Prevent losses and damage by identifying irregularities, enforcing site policies, and reporting incidents promptly.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic as needed to maintain safety and order.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Interview witnesses and gather information when investigating incidents.
• Maintain proper operation of equipment through preventive maintenance checks, reporting issues, and coordinating repairs when needed.
• Follow all instructions from managers and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Remain professional and approachable while interacting with employees, visitors, and the public.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Positions available in Waco, Texas.
• Flexible scheduling available, with a maximum of 40 working hours per week (not consecutive).
• Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
  

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (Any)

TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
