The Opportunity

Within Aeroflow, the Motif team is focused on providing high-quality breast pumps and accessories to our patients and vendor partners nationwide. This team partners directly with healthcare providers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure products are available, shipped accurately, and aligned with patient needs. The Motif team blends service, sales, and product expertise—helping us grow strong relationships with vendor partners while supporting patients and families.

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Motif team. This role will serve as the link between sales and operations, ensuring accurate data entry, smooth order tracking, and strong vendor relationships.

Your Primary Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Track and monitor Motif wholesale orders, inventory levels, and shipping activity to ensure accurate fulfillment.
  • Work as support staff with sales and marketing to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships with vendor partners.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.
  • Detailed record keeping and organization of wholesale account details.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics such as sales performance, product availability, and shipping trends.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline order management and vendor communications.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that contribute to Motif’s growth.
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
  • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
  • Other job duties assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, inventory management, supply chain, or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, vendors, and operations teams.

You Might Also Have

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or durable medical equipment industries.
  • Knowledge of vendor partner management and contract performance tracking.
  • Previous experience preparing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
