Position Summary: At the ForeverLawn Sports Complex, the guest experience starts with you. As an Event Team Member, you’ll be the first face families, athletes, and coaches see when they arrive—and the one who sets the tone for an unforgettable day. From scanning tickets and managing entry, to delivery quality service with our food and beverage team to creating unforgettable experiences with our retail team, you’ll help every guest feel part of the game-day magic. This is a seasonal position with events running from January through November.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and provide a friendly, helpful first impression.
• Scan tickets, check credentials, and manage entry points efficiently and accurately.
• Answer questions and direct guests to fields, concessions, retail, and amenities.
• Assist with ticket sales, wristbands, and credential distribution as needed.
• Maintain concessions and grill operations with safe food handling and proper equipment care.
• Operate basic concession equipment and prep hot and cold food.
• Process transactions accurately through our POS system.
• Assist customers at checkout with efficiency, accuracy, and a friendly smile.
• Organize and restock merchandise, apparel, and novelties to keep displays inviting and game-day ready.
• Maintain a clean, and sanitary environment that reflects the excitement of the Complex.
  
  

Requirements

• Prior customer service, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player who takes pride in creating memorable experiences.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks while staying organized and upbeat.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
