This is a full-time, on-site role located in Seattle, WA, for a Program Manager at SPIN. The Program Manager will oversee program planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission. Responsibilities will include coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets, monitoring program deliverables, and troubleshooting issues. The role also entails fostering relationships with community partners and refining program strategies based on feedback and outcomes. Leadership in streamlining operations and reporting program progress to leadership is critical.
- Project and Program Management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Strong Organization, Budgeting, and Time Management abilities to manage multiple initiatives
- Team Collaboration and Communication skills, including stakeholder coordination and relationship building
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to address program challenges effectively
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or education is a plus
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in STEM fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Program Management, Nonprofit Leadership, or a related field
- Proficiency in program management tools and software is preferred
