Yorkshire of Edina - Caregiver, HHA, & CNA - FT and PT, Day, Overnights at Lifespark

Yorkshire of Edina, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a few Caregiver/HHA/CNAs to join our growing team.

Shifts Available: Full time and Part Time AM (7-3) as well as a short shift 7a-11a AM, Part Time Overnights (11p-7a) as well as on-call positions

HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR (Depending on experience)

CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR (Depending on experience)

As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA with us you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing direct cares in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
