Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and the overall strategy and execution for the assigned customer segment. The Senior Director will be responsible for meeting revenue goals, maintaining staff headcount, and meeting expense budget levels.
Essential Functions
Develops sales goals and sales strategy for the market segment based upon segment objectives. Responsible for meeting overall revenue goals, along with customer support and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsible for driving Account Executive sales activity, customer interaction and meeting sales quotas in addition to the coaching and development of the team to maximize the individual contribution to the business.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Experience/Background
At least 10 years’ experience of Senior leadership experience managing a team of account executives. Demonstrated performance in competitive sale environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees and directs the activities of a major segment of the organization.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Budget/Financial Experience
Expense Management range from $500k-$2.5M
Revenue management of >$25M
Education
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent MBA preferred
