Pride Manchester House, a trauma-informed residential care program, is looking for a Residential Supervisor to guide a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and help build a safe, healing environment for youth. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of fostering resilience, growth, and empowerment in young lives.

Residential Supervisor – Pride Manchester House
Are you ready to lead with compassion and create meaningful change?
Pride Manchester House, a trauma-informed residential care program, is looking for a Residential Supervisor to guide a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and help build a safe, healing environment for youth. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of fostering resilience, growth, and empowerment in young lives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Mentor: Supervise and support DSPs, modeling trauma-informed care and encouraging professional growth.
- Support Youth Development: Ensure individualized, therapeutic care that promotes healing and age-appropriate growth.
- Collaborate with Impact: Partner with clinicians, case managers, and leadership to align care with each youth’s treatment plan.
- Promote Excellence: Oversee staff scheduling, daily operations, and team performance while supporting recruitment and training.
- Champion Best Practices: Train staff in behavioral support, crisis intervention, and trauma-responsive strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field (preferred)
- Experience:
- 2+ years working with youth in residential care
- 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred)
- Understanding and application of Trauma-Informed Care
- Certifications (Preferred): CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership
- Cultural sensitivity and emotional resilience
- Ability to manage performance, schedules, and documentation with professionalism
- Commitment to supporting youth in a respectful and inclusive environment
