EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires effective oral and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in multi-line phone system preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft office product and internet use required.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
  • Demonstrates time management skills.
  • Uses logic and reasoning to offer solutions to problems.
  • High School diploma or GED.

CONTACTS

INTERNAL: Managers and Assistant Managers of all Mt. Rose departments as well as all employees of Mt. Rose.

EXTERNAL: Resort guests, applicants, and supply vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line general phone line and provide information and answer questions about the resort to resort guests.
  • Manage general resort email box.
  • Morning snow report updates – 6:45am first update
  • Process and mail out donation requests as needed.
  • Assist HR Office w/ the following: direct interested applicants to the website / transfer applicant calls.
  • Assist in maintaining general office equipment mail inventory Federal Express/UPS shipments and other administrative support equipment.
  • Chatbot monitoring (grievances) or Live Chat assistance when needed.
  • Scanning documents as needed
  • Maintenance, care and cleanliness of general office area.
  • Other duties as assigned
