Facilities Operations Specialist

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Corporate Office)

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Hours: Standard business hours (w/flexibility during transitions and vendor projects)

Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Hiring Status: IMMEDIATE

What You’ll Do

• Manage and track all facility service requests through the Corrigo CMMS platform.
• Coordinate vendor dispatch and ensure timely completion of maintenance issues.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation, including licenses, insurance, and service agreements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and compliance inspections.
• Support facility logistics for new center openings, closings, and transitions.
• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and payment.
• Maintain organized records of service requests, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Provide administrative support for facilities leadership as needed.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, operations, or vendor management; multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing vendors and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with Corrigo or similar CMMS/facilities management systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
