What You’ll Do
- Manage and track all facility service requests through the Corrigo CMMS platform.
- Coordinate vendor dispatch and ensure timely completion of maintenance issues.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation, including licenses, insurance, and service agreements.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and compliance inspections.
- Support facility logistics for new center openings, closings, and transitions.
- Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and payment.
- Maintain organized records of service requests, inspections, and vendor performance.
- Provide administrative support for facilities leadership as needed.
- 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, operations, or vendor management; multi-site experience preferred.
- Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing vendors and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with Corrigo or similar CMMS/facilities management systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
