Position: Logistic Specialist

Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Summary

Foxsemicon Technology, LLC is growing rapidly and is looking for experienced candidates for a Logistic Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of materials required for production and finished products to customers. This role will also assist in warehouse operations and logistics coordination, ensuring proper storage, inventory control, and order picking while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of critical materials to the production floor in a timely manner
  • Verify and log incoming materials and equipment for quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with Quality Control to document defects and manage returns or replacements with suppliers
  • Organize and store materials, equipment, and finished products per safety standards
  • Manage order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely, accurate dispatch for production
  • Coordinate with production teams to adjust schedules as needed for project timelines
  • Assist in warehouse management: storage, inventory control, order picking, and shipping
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing schedules, tracking, and addressing delays
  • Oversee transport of sensitive semiconductor materials, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
  • 3+ years of driving experience
  • Must have a valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to complete a drug test
  • Good understanding of logistics and warehouse processes
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • OSHA or Forklift Certification preferred
  • Ability to lift/move materials and operate forklifts (if certified)
