Analyzes, assesses, and improves asset integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of preventative and predictive maintenance based on data collected through Inspection, Testing and Maintenance program activity. Performs/participates in inspections, reliability incidents investigations, rotating equipment reliability analyses, optimizations, and mechanical integrity reviews; incorporates findings into the asset care strategy. Helps to track and communicate key maintenance and reliability KPIs. Assists in the implementation of new programs and technologies.
Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function.
Reliability Engineering - Additional desired experience includes familiarity with JD Edwards CAM and CAM plus by AMS or other CMMS. Experience using Plant Condition Monitoring Software (PCMS) by Mistras or other Asset Integrity software, API 653, API 510, API 570 certifications also a plus. Working knowledge of vibration analysis, infrared analysis, ultrasound analysis, oil analysis and other condition monitoring technologies. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) also a plus.
Special Considerations
This role is not eligible for expatriate assignment. Global Offshore Payroll applicants must be able to use current US work authorization or otherwise able to obtain work authorization within 4 months of initiation of immigration activities. Refer to the US immigration FAQ document for more information about visa appointment timing.
