As a General Manager of Homebuilding Operations with Ryan Homes, you will assist in leading the division in delivering beautiful homes to customers on time and on budget. Your exceptional approach to customer experience and problem solving will help guide the division in upholding NVR’s best-in-class reputation.

Primary Responsibilities
Under the leadership of the Division Manager, the General Manager is responsible for:
- Monitor product costs and long-term customer service issues
- Manage long and short range schedules to meet contracted dates and support the division’s sales settlement objectives
- Ensure completed houses are delivered to customers and service complaints are handled promptly and effectively
- Manage the full sales function and approve all contracts
- Secure and coordinate sub-contractors
- Recruit and maintain division culture, morale, and loyalty
- Effectively manage relationships with local government and inspection entities
- Recommend and interpret product planning, marketing, cost establishment, land acquisition, and financing management policies, procedures, and guidelines to the Division Manager
- 4-year college degree
- Business unit leadership experience with P&L management
- Effective team manager
- MBA is a plus
- Homebuilding experience is a plus
