Overview

Holy Cross is launching Gospel-centered Saturday Camps that combine faith, fun, and enrichment in sports, arts, STEM, and leadership. We are seeking an enthusiastic Saturday Camp Counselor to help design and deliver meaningful programming that nurtures both faith and skills in children.

Saturday Camps will be conducted during the school year as determined by Holy Cross Lutheran School.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the camp team to plan and design engaging enrichment activities (sports, arts, STEM, leadership).
• Lead small and large group sessions with energy and care, integrating gospel-centered values into all interactions.
• Build positive relationships with campers, serving as a role model of Christ-centered leadership and kindness.
• Support logistics such as set-up, clean-up, and transitions between activities.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants.
  
  

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping them grow spiritually and academically.
• Experience in one or more enrichment areas (sports, arts, STEM, or leadership) preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to modeling Christian values in word and action.
  
  

Compensation $20.00/hour
