Hours: 8am-5PM EST, Monday-Friday, in office role with travel requirements with overtime as needed. Overtime should be expected.


Location: This is a full-time Monday - Friday in office position with travel requirements.


Pay: $85,000-$120,000 depending on experience

More About the Role:

The Head of Business Relationships & Talent is a connector and builder. This role is responsible for making industry connections that drive employment pipelines, partnerships, acquisitions, industry political influence, and other ventures that advance Nursing CE Central and its sister companies.


You will represent NCC externally at conferences, meetings, and events (often on short notice), while also building long-term pipelines of talent, partnerships, and growth opportunities that align with our mission.

Objectives & Targets For This Role:


-Identify and recruit potential employees within the nursing and healthcare education industry.

-Develop and nurture partnerships, affiliates, and target acquisitions.

-Build relationships with influential industry political bodies, nursing boards (BONs), entrepreneurs, and professional organizations.

-Promote NCC within and outside of the nursing industry to expand brand visibility and influence.


What will be my day-to-day responsibilities?


-Create meaningful connections that generate value for the company.

-Build and maintain pipelines for future employee recruitment.

-Forge relationships that lead to strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

-Plan resources and conduct industry research to support pipeline growth efforts.

-Represent NCC at industry conferences and events; frequent travel, sometimes with short notice, is required.

-Participate in select interviews to help assess and secure top talent.


What skill set is needed?


-Proven ability to network, develop relationships, and influence decision-makers.

-Strong background in recruiting, business development, partnerships, or external relations.

-Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.

-Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

-Comfortable with frequent travel and being the external face of the company.

-Highly detail oriented, consistently

-Ability to perform high volume of recruitment interviews and document appropriately

-MUST be highly organized and have a sharp attention to detail.

-MUST excel in time management and written and oral communication.

-What experience/education is needed?

-Must speak fluent English

-Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or HR

-No experience in healthcare necessary.

-Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical and otherwise.
