Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company standards
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, reviewing, and interpreting account information
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial reports
• Perform general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end/year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, improve efficiencies, and recommend process enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and financial decision-making
• Maintain accurate and confidential accounting records and documentation
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
  
  

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
