The Compliance Manager oversees the company adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

Duties:

Monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Investigate and report compliance issues to upper management and ensure findings have been successfully mitigated.
Assist in areas of construction as needed.
Safeguard the reputation and minimize the risk of the company.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance.
Experience with interpreting government agency correspondence and regulations.
Working knowledge of commercial building operation systems including HVAC, kitchens, heating and cooling facilities, backup generators, sewer systems, etc.
Experience in coordinating corrective actions through effective communication, thorough inspections, and consistent follow-up to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of proficiency with computers, spreadsheets and office equipment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
