Role Summary

The Client Engagement Associate plays a crucial role in building and strengthening early-stage client relationships. You will welcome new prospects to our services, explain available solutions, and guide them into the sales pipeline. You will also support and nurture existing clients by providing clear communication, dependable follow-up, and a positive service experience. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is driven, curious, and ready to grow, offering steady hourly pay rather than a commission-based structure.

What You Will Do

  • Connect with prospective and current clients through calls, emails, and outreach
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering timely updates, consistent communication, and attentive support
  • Understand client needs and ensure they feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their service journey
  • Educate prospects on our services and answer questions
  • Schedule consultations and site assessments
  • Track activities, pipeline progress, service feedback, and client details in our CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support messaging and client needs
  • Build understanding of compliance requirements and our service offerings
  • Contribute to a strong, healthy sales pipeline

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Relevant experience in customer service, sales, or client relations, preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Safety, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, patient, and solutions-focused approach that helps clients feel supported
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them simply
  • Organized, detail-focused, and effective at managing multiple priorities

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between office locations
