Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Verify that dishes are prepared according to quality standards and presentation guidelines
• Organize and prioritize orders to optimize workflow and reduce wait times
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to address any order discrepancies or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expeditor station
• Assist in resolving customer concerns related to food quality or timing
• Support team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Must have Food Handlers and TABC certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
