Required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Materials Science/Engineering.
• 3+ years in materials R&D, composites, or insulation.
• Hands-on experience with material testing and characterization.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in aerospace/automotive insulation or fireproofing.
• Knowledge of coating technologies, polymer formulations, or industrial textile processes.
• Familiarity with FEA/CFD thermal analysis tools.
