What You´ll Do
- Gain hands-on experience in quality control and assurance processes within a manufacturing environment
- Strengthen problem-solving skills through training in root cause analysis tools and methodologies
- Support improvements in raw material quality control to drive First Time Right (FTR) increases
- Contribute to reducing off-grade rates through enhanced quality control practices
- Assist in implementing Critical to Quality (CTQ) standards to ensure compliance with minimum requirements
- Participate in batch management improvements for raw materials
- An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, a master’s / graduate student or MBA student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Quality Management/Engineering
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies and quality tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
- Motivated by continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Understanding of chemical processes and operation of chemical testing instruments

Additional Information
- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled
