We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating tasks, collaborating with cross functional teams, and ensuring projects move forward with clarity and efficiency. The right candidate will be detail focused, strong in communication, and eager to support successful project delivery from planning through execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly identify and define project requirements, scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to management.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the expected quality level.
- Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder analysis.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, recommending practical, business-aligned solutions.
- Assess project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, project governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in an Associate Project Manager role, preferably within an IT or software development environment.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
