Overview

We’re hiring a dependable General Laborer/Driver to support both our manufacturing operations and delivery logistics. This hands-on role includes physical labor in the facility and driving responsibilities for transporting materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling
• Assist with machine setup, basic maintenance, and production line tasks such as deburring, assembly, inspection, and packaging
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; support general facility upkeep
• Drive company vehicles to deliver/pick up materials, products, and personnel between sites or to customers/suppliers
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain driving logs and delivery records
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, standing, stooping)
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or delivery roles

You’ll work in a safety-focused manufacturing setting with a layout designed for efficient material flow. PPE and adherence to safety procedures are mandatory
