We’re hiring a dependable General Laborer/Driver to support both our manufacturing operations and delivery logistics. This hands-on role includes physical labor in the facility and driving responsibilities for transporting materials and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Load/unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling
- Assist with machine setup, basic maintenance, and production line tasks such as deburring, assembly, inspection, and packaging
- Maintain clean and organized work areas; support general facility upkeep
- Drive company vehicles to deliver/pick up materials, products, and personnel between sites or to customers/suppliers
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain driving logs and delivery records
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, standing, stooping)
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in manufacturing or delivery roles
