Clubhouse Receptionist- Seasonal- Part time Nov- May

Greets all residents and directs inquiries to proper party
General office clerical duties as directed by Directors/Front of the House Managers and/or Events Assistant
Assist managers and event staff with responsibilities during season and to provide coverage for the front desk area
Must project a professional appearance and attitude
Answer, expedites incoming calls in a pleasant, positive and professional manner
Assists members with copy and fax machine. Insures member/renter is billed properly for charges which occur from use of office machines
Assist with copying and distribution of all Club related communications
Proofs and assists in compilation of calendar events and monthly newsletters
Maintain ala carte reservation system in an accurate manner
Ability to use all office business machines
Responsible for call backs to confirm reservations and proper attire prior to events
Taking "to go" orders from members
Assist Directors with marketing flyers and other signage
High school or equivalent experience required
Good interpersonal skills are required to present a congenial and helpful attitude
Ability to type at least 40 wpm; computer knowledge in the areas of Word, Excel and Publisher
Must possess good grammatical skills, as well as, have knowledge of correct business writing formats
Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned
Neat appearance, courteous manner.
Punctuality and a good attendance record are expected
