Cerity Partners is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our Cleveland tax team January 2026 – April 2026. We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and the highest level of personal integrity to join our team.
This is a paid internship program (20-30 hours per week) and a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment. This role offers a flexible schedule, collaborative team atmosphere, and autonomy to manage your projects. This role is also ideal for someone looking for a part-time seasonal position in the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.

- Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local individual and business income tax returns
- Create workpapers that effectively tell the story of how projects were prepared
- Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
- Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience
- Identify with Cerity Partners mission and demonstrate our core values

- Tech savvy – Ability to quickly learn to navigate various software applications
- Organized – Proficient at compiling data into a presentable orderly deliverable
