Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Administrative Officer III, this position will provide clerical/secretarial support to the Personnel department. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

If selected for this position, a new salary will be recalculated taking into consideration the quantity of relevant education and experience, funding availability, and internal equity. Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Administrative Officer III, this position will provide clerical/secretarial support to the Personnel department. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining records using a computer, systematic filing system, and operating standard office equipment.
- Planning work schedule, understanding, and carrying out both oral and written instructions, reviewing completed tasks to ensure accuracy, and ensuring that daily and monthly deadlines are met.
- Providing clerical support, within a department of the facility, such as assisting the Personnel Department with answering high volume phone calls concerning Personnel issues, scheduling appointments, tracking employee citations, retrieving and reviewing time sheets for accuracy, entering time into the Integrated HR/Payroll system, processing employee personal contact information, creating and/or maintaining Organizational Charts, functioning as a Health Benefits Representative, and creating forms, logs, and booklets, as needed.
- Maintaining file systems, processing employee leave requests, updating policy and procedure manuals as needed. Assisting with scheduling interviews, and compiling interview paperwork.
- Experience using clerical and/or secretarial skills
- Experience using various types of office machines
- Experience using Microsoft Word
