This is a full-time, on-site position based in Whatcom County, Washington.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to mental health staff.
- Conduct case reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, ethical, and legal standards.
- Support the professional development of clinicians through regular supervision, training, and feedback.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- State-approved Clinical Supervisor designation.
- Licensed in a relevant discipline (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- Proven experience providing clinical supervision and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to promoting ethical practices, continuous learning, and client-centered care.
