Job Title: Clinical Supervisor - Mental Health

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, supervisory experience, and a passion for supporting both clients and clinicians in achieving positive outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Whatcom County, Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to mental health staff.
• Conduct case reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state, ethical, and legal standards.
• Support the professional development of clinicians through regular supervision, training, and feedback.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• State-approved Clinical Supervisor designation.
• Licensed in a relevant discipline (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Proven experience providing clinical supervision and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
