Duties/Responsibilities
- Design packaging artwork, marketing collateral, and digital assets in alignment with brand standards.
- Develop infographics and data-driven visuals for sustainability and corporate communications.
- Create and maintain branded PowerPoint templates and presentation decks for internal and external use.
- Produce and edit video content, including drone filming, videography, and post-production.
- Design and manage WordPress websites, landing pages, and UX/UI layouts.
- Support trade show visuals, booth graphics, and environmental design for events.
- Maintain brand consistency, color accuracy, and digital asset libraries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Sustainability, R&D, HR) to translate complex or technical topics into visual formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience in a marketing or creative environment.
- Experience in packaging design strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Proven ability to design and build PowerPoint templates with dynamic, branded layouts.
- Experience with WordPress, UX/UI, and web layout tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Skilled in video editing, storyboarding, and basic drone operation or filming.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color management.
- Knowledge of print-file preparation, color separation, and flexographic printing processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasional travel may be required for filming, events, or trade shows.
