Position Summary

Position Summary

- Facilitate employee timecards via Kronos or via spreadsheets completed and approved
- Track absentee’s, PTO, update TM Attendance folders
- Run Daily production and direct OT reports in Cognos
- Reviews payroll documentation for accuracy and makes any necessary adjustments
- E-verify, personal action request (PAR)
- Collaborates with Operations to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires,
- Researches and resolves questions from Team Members as they relate to the processing of payroll information

- Assist with the creation of company policies, procedures, job descriptions, and other documentation for the
- Screen policies and practices to ensure that we comply with federal and local state laws.
- Serve as a key participant in the advancement of special TMX projects
- Serve as a back-up to the Payroll Coordinator
- Assist the TMX Coordinator with projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR preferred
- 5 years’ experience with computerized payroll processing
- 5 years’ experience in a human resource role preferred
- Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems and/or Kronos a plus
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization
- Knowledge of all HR “acronym” components related to employment law and relations
- Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone,
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate
- Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment.
- Work primarily involves sitting / standing.
- As needed, up to 10%
