How You'll Contribute

A Pharmacy Supervisor who excels in this role:

• Supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
• Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily pharmacy technician staffing assignments and levels.
• Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Omnicell Superuser.
• Act as part of the sterile compounding team as a designated person.
• Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
• Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
• AZ Pharmacy Technician license.
• PTCB certification required.
