• Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement: Analyze warehouse cost components (labor, equipment, and space) and implement cost-saving initiatives. Streamline processes and integrate automation tools while tracking productivity metrics (e.g., labor efficiency, floor utilization) to continuously improve cost-effectiveness.
• Team Leadership and Risk Mitigation: Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Optimize organizational structure to strengthen execution capabilities. Implement safety protocols, address major incidents, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
