As our portfolio grows, we’re building a startup-style Facilities Department to match the scale and quality of our venues—focused on proactive maintenance, smart systems, and operational excellence that keeps every property event-ready and flawless.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Director of Facilities – DFW Region to lead all facilities operations for 19 wedding venues across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This full-time role is based at The Olana in Hickory Creek, TX, and reports directly to the Senior Director of Facilities. You’ll oversee a team of five Facilities Technicians and partner closely with each venue’s Operating Manager to ensure timely work order completion, proactive maintenance, and consistent brand standards.

When not overseeing daily operations, you’ll focus on emergency response, CAPEX projects, and vendor management—ensuring large-scale repairs and improvements are completed on time, on budget, and ahead of schedule.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to help build a regional Facilities Department from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage facilities operations for 19 venues across DFW
  • Supervise and mentor 5 Facilities Technicians, ensuring accountability and performance
  • Partner with venue Operating Managers to align maintenance priorities and ensure timely work order completion
  • Oversee emergency repairs, large maintenance projects, and regional CAPEX initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships and enforce quality and timeline expectations
  • Support rollout and compliance of our CMMS system (Corrigo) for tracking and reporting
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans, vendor schedules, and asset tracking systems
  • Analyze reports to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support budgeting
  • Conduct routine venue visits to evaluate condition, curb appeal, and safety compliance
  • Serve as regional escalation point for emergencies and after-hours issues


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of multi-site facilities leadership (hospitality, retail, or venue operations preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate distributed field teams
  • Experience in a startup environment or in building/scaling a Facilities Department
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and construction systems
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
  • Experience implementing or managing a CMMS (Corrigo, ServiceChannel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel for reports, budgets, and KPIs

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $110,000–$120,000

Bonus: Up to 20% annual performance bonus
