Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience in materials expediting, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency with inventory management and order tracking software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and material specifications.
- Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and track the status of material orders from placement through delivery to ensure on-time receipt.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to expedite orders and resolve any issues or delays.
