SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for managing Performance Improvement activity at Lancaster Medical Center and St. Joseph Medical Center, that coordinates and facilitates quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI). Provides systematic, integrated quality improvement. Supports, educates and guides QAPI compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within three (3) years of hire or transfer to role.
- PI training White Belt/Yellow Belt
- Three (3) years of experience managing people
- PI Management
