What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter at DSSW, you will:
- Develop and implement cost-effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions.
- Partner with management to identify hiring needs and create actionable recruitment plans.
- Utilize social media and recruiting platforms to source and engage candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and foster long-term relationships.
- Manage the recruitment cycle—from screening resumes to negotiating offers.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics and prepare analytical reports.
- Coordinate off-site recruitment efforts and maintain relationships with universities and agencies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Skills:
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
