Description

The Training Specialist plays a key role in supporting employee growth and development across the organization. This position is responsible for managing and running the Development Associate Program, overseeing the 360 Learning Platform, creating and curating training content, and serving as a resource for employees with questions regarding the use of company systems.

Key Responsibilities

Development Associate Program Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Development Associate Program, including selection of DA candidates, planning, scheduling, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing support for associates participating in the program.
  • Track participant progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Managing DA Projects and grading spreadsheet.
  • Creates and delivers presentations as needed.


360 Learning Platform Administration

  • Manage the 360 Learning Platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant to employees' needs, including using the platform to achieve optimal efficiency in meeting company training needs and monitoring usage


Training Content Creation

  • Design, develop, and update training materials for a variety of topics, including system use, compliance, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Communicating new training courses and changes to current training content to stakeholders


Systems Support Resource

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions about the use of company systems (Product, Learning platforms, etc.).
  • Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
  • Document frequently asked questions and develop self-service resources to empower users.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Master’s preferred
  • Experience in training, instructional design, or program management preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (especially 360 Learning Platform) and content development tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
