What You'll Do

• Provide professional and courteous service to members, guests, and colleagues, always representing the Club with warmth and grace.
• Support the Events department with administrative duties, scheduling, and communication to ensure smooth event execution.
• Design and print event materials such as menus, place cards, signage, and other creative details.
• Assist with event setup, dÃcor placement, and last-minute adjustments to ensure every detail is perfect.
• Communicate event changes and updates promptly to the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, ensuring flawless coordination.
• Attend BEO meetings and contribute to discussions on event improvements and upcoming schedules.
• Take catering orders, assembling event favors, and occasional on-site event support.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using event management software.
• Proficiency with Canva and other design tools
• A polished, professional demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• A positive attitude and team spirit - ready to jump in wherever needed to make every event a success.
