The Multimedia Designer III will create visually compelling content across digital, print, and video platforms to support Storm Smart’s brand and marketing initiatives. This role collaborates closely with the internal marketing team to develop high-quality graphics, motion graphics, layouts, and storytelling assets that elevate user experience and strengthen audience engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong creative expertise, technical proficiency, and the ability to transform complex concepts into impactful, cohesive visual content that informs, inspires, and aligns with overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT:
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to develop creative briefs and execute engaging creative strategies.
- Design and produce high-quality artwork, layouts, and multimedia assets for digital, print, video, social, and animation projects.
- Continuously develop and enhance creative concepts to reflect brand standards, audience insights, and current design trends.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and standardized visual templates (SVTs).
- MULTI-PLATFORM CONTENT DESIGN:
- Design layouts and graphics that are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Adapt creative assets to meet platform-specific requirements while maintaining a cohesive look and feel.
- Expert in offset printing principles and guidelines.
- Translate marketing messages into compelling visuals that evoke emotion and inspire action.
- Use motion graphics, illustrations, and imagery to simplify complex ideas.
- COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION:
- Meet with internal stakeholders or external clients to discuss objectives and progress on creative projects.
- Provide creative direction and support to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support both internal and external customers' creative requests.

Required Skills/ Abilities
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc); After Effects or similar motion design tools are highly desirable.
- Skilled in photography, videography, and editing to support multimedia campaigns.
- UX/UI CREATIVE DESIGN MASTERY
- Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, accessibility, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
- Experience balancing creativity with functionality, ensuring optimized performance across platforms.
- PROJECT & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and detail.
- Organized approach to tracking projects, deliverables, and revisions.
- BONUS
- Creative design experience working in the luxury manufacturing, construction, or home services industry
- Experience in WordPress and Elementor for front-end creative updates.
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a demonstrable body of work.
- Proven track record of successful design projects from creative concept through final product.
- Experience in dynamic creative environments.
- Experience in project tracking and managing creative requests from internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
