Location: Schools Across Los Angeles
Schedule: School hours Monday-Friday - Weekends and Holiday breaks off!
Pay Rate: $20-25/hour Based on Experience

About The Role

You’ll work closely with school professionals, families, and behavioral specialists to help clients achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support in home, school, or community settings
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments
- Promote skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 18 years of age (required)
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray clearance (if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Weekly pay and competitive benefits
