This role plays a key part in ensuring we hire compassionate, qualified caregivers who provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates to meet agency staffing needs
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and track applicant pipelines
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and credential verifications
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, job boards, and community partners to attract talent
• Collaborate with the scheduling and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in compliance with agency standards
• Maintain employee files and update as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience recruiting in home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of caregiver licensing and compliance requirements a plus
