This newly elevated Director of Human Resources and Talent role reports directly to the COO and offers significant visibility as the organization continues to grow.

- Standardize policies, processes, and communication across the organization
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design

- Establish metrics for engagement, turnover, and recruiting performance
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Strengthen employer brand and recruiting effectiveness
- Oversee onboarding, leadership development, and career pathing programs
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or SHRM-SCP preferred
- 8+ years of HR leadership (HR operations + recruiting)
- Experience supporting multiple operating companies or business units
- Strong understanding of multi-state employment law and compliance
- Proven ability to drive culture alignment and organizational cohesion
- Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- ADP experience strongly preferred
