As a Customer Service Representative, you are an important member of the team and represent Molly Maid on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer inquiries. Specific Responsibilities:Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous mannerSchedule estimates & house cleaningsReturn customer callsPerform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventoryAssist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functionsPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements:Valid Driver's LicenseStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-orientedPositive AttitudeProfessional appearance and personalityTeam player who can work independently Salary: $640 - $720 per week. There is bonus potential in this position.Hours: Available between the hours of 7:00am to 5:30pm. A typical day would be either 7:00am
