Executive Director

Position Summary

Responsible for leading the administrative, operational, clinical, financial and regulatory functions of the agency.

Responsibilites

• Provide leadership, coordination, and supervision to all agency team members to assure quality delivery of patient care, promote positive patient outcomes and decision support
• Provide planning, directing and evaluating operations
• Assure orientation of all staff in-services and education programs
• Develop and implement the agency’s budget and financial and statistical reports to meet company fiscal parameters
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state, Medicare, Medi-Cal, federal and local regulations
• Provides for employment, supervision, evaluation and termination of qualified personnel
  
  

Qualifications

• Three years of home health and/or supervisory/administrative experience
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills necessary
• RN license preferred
