Working closely with senior leadership, the Executive Recruiter develops and executes targeted search strategies, manages the full lifecycle of executive recruitment—from initial outreach to offer negotiation—and ensures seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to define leadership hiring needs, role requirements, and long-term talent strategies.
- Design and execute targeted executive search strategies across industries and functions to attract exceptional, diverse talent.
- Leverage market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to proactively build and maintain strong leadership pipelines.
- Source, assess, and present high-caliber candidates using a blend of direct sourcing, networking, and strategic research.
- Conduct in-depth, competency-based interviews to evaluate leadership capabilities, organizational fit, and potential for impact.
- Deliver data-driven candidate recommendations and market insights that inform executive hiring decisions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding support, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
- Advise senior leadership on talent trends, succession priorities, and compensation benchmarks to drive informed hiring outcomes.
- Partner effectively with external search firms when needed, maintaining alignment with organizational standards and goals.
- Track and report executive hiring metrics, ensuring adherence to compliance and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of executive or senior-level recruiting experience within a corporate or executive search environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional, or global executive searches and delivering high-impact hires.
- Deep understanding of executive compensation frameworks, market mapping, and succession planning strategies.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage and advise senior stakeholders.
- Strong business judgment and ability to balance speed, quality, and diversity objectives in decision-making.
- Proven capability to manage multiple high-level searches simultaneously with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Thrive.
