We're seeking a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and our Talent Acquisition team.

**What We're Looking For**

We're looking for a **detail-oriented and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Coordinator** who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding support to both candidates and team members.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a passion for connecting people with opportunities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, marketing, or a related administrative role.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience using social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.) for recruitment or marketing purposes.\
  • Knowledge of AI technology and its applications in recruitment, candidate sourcing, or HR processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database or applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices preferred.
  • Creative thinker who can support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

**Coordination of Daily Talent Acquisition Operations**

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition Team, i.e. but not limited to, planning & coordinating hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach.
  • Using social media and digital marketing tools to creatively promote career opportunities, highlight our organizational culture, and attract top talent through platform like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook, etc.
  • Assists with special projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned to support Talent Acquisition initiatives.
