As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a critical member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, building the high-performing teams that drive this innovation. You will partner closely with business and engineering leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders in engineering, product and other areas of the business, ensuring alignment between corporate goals and talent strategy. Your expertise in sourcing, evaluating, selecting, and closing highly qualified candidates will support Bose’s growth strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software, electrical and mechanical engineers, architects, and other specialized technology and product positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand their business and talent needs, ensuring alignment in critical skills through the recruitment and candidate selection process.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline while ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications and alignment with Bose’s company values.
  • Deliver timely feedback and closely manage the experience of the candidate throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Coach hiring managers and interview teams on recruitment best practices to ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
  • Refine and craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Leverage talent market data and industry insights to inform and optimize the recruitment strategy.
  • Utilize Workday applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage requisitions, track progress, and maintain accurate data.
  • Use analytics and feedback to identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency, pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience, from sourcing strategies through closing top level talent.
  • Proven success recruiting highly specialized technical positions in competitive markets.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and roles (e.g. programming languages, cloud platforms, data analytics, systems, architecture) to support hiring in engineering and product development.
  • Data-driven approach to improving recruitment processes and advancing best practices.
  • Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System is strongly preferred.
  • Recruitment background in consumer electronics, SaaS companies or related industries.
  • Experience participating in recruitment events both virtual and in-person.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An outstanding team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruiting processes is expected.
  • Ability to uphold Bose’s values when handling sensitive information as part of the Human Resources team.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $89,800-$123,550.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
